To All Graduating Students,
This is an important notice regarding the preparation of your official graduation documents, including your degree certificate and the graduation program.
Please be advised that your name, as it appears on the provisional graduation list, is currently drawn from your student record. It is your responsibility to ensure that your name is correct (including spelling, order, and use of full names).
You must personally visit the Academic Affairs Office to review and verify the spelling and formatting of your name as it will appear on your graduation documents.
Any necessary corrections or changes to your name must be submitted and finalised at the Academic Affairs Office on/before Monday, November 10, 2025.
Kindly note that failure to verify your name or correct errors by the deadline will result in your name appearing on your degree certificate and the graduation program exactly as it is currently recorded.
Corrections will NOT be entertained after the deadline. Subsequent changes to the name on the degree certificate after printing will incur a penalty fee and a significant delay.
You must visit the Academic Affairs Office immediately if you have any issues to be resolved to obtain the correct official graduation credentials on all documentation.
