Fee Payment Procedure for Newly Admitted Students

Follow these steps to complete your fee payment:

Option 1: Payment at the Bank

This is the traditional method, requiring a visit to a physical branch.

  • Visit the Bank: Go to any branch of the prescribed bank as stated in your official admission letter (e.g., Ghana Commercial Bank).
  • Provide Account Details: Inform the bank teller that you are paying fees into the UniMAC account (provide the specific account name and number listed in your admission letter).
  • Crucial Step – Provide Your ID: You must ensure the teller uses your Temporary Identification Number (25015440) as the unique reference, Student ID, or index number for the transaction.

Why this is important: A successful payment, correctly tagged with this ID, links the funds directly to you and automatically generates your permanent index number.

Option 2: Using the Online Payment Platform

This method offers the convenience of paying remotely via the designated online portal.

  • Access the Platform: Open your web browser and navigate directly to the official online payment URL: https://app.ropaygh.com/cat/unimac_fees
  • Complete the Form: Fill in all required fields on the payment form. i.e Enter your temporary ID in the Student ID field.

Why this is important: Just like the bank payment, this ensures your payment is correctly registered and triggers the generation of your permanent index number.

Important Notes (Applies to Both Options)

  • Temporary ID: Your Temporary Identification Number is 25015440. Use it for all initial fee transactions.
  • Acceptance: Payment of the appropriate fees by the deadline confirms your acceptance of the offer of admission.
  • Non-Refundable: Remember that all fees paid are non-refundable.
